Ingredients
1 pcs black cardamom
4 pcs whole cloves
5 g back pepper corns
2 pcs cinnamon stick
10 g coriander seed
5 g cumin seed
5 g fennel seed
2 g star anise
1 pcs bay leaf
2 g mace flower
10 g poppy seed
2 g rose petals
Instructions
- Makes about 50 grams.
- Preheat the oven to 50C. Spread all the spices except poppy seeds and rose petals on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 2.5 hours.
- Take out the baking sheet and add the poppy seeds and rose petals and place in the oven again - but turn off the oven.
- Leave the sheet in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Take out the spices and pour into a spice grinder or mortar and pestle and mix into a fine mix.
