Ingredients
280 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
One batch makes about 16 pancakes.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If you don't have kosher salt, you can substitute it for regular table salt, but use half the amount by weight.
