Swedish chocolate balls

A simple Swedish classic that is ridiculously tasty.

Ingredients
150 g butter
1.5 dl sugar
4 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cold coffee
4 dl oatmeal
pearl sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together butter and sugar.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, coffee and oatmeal.
  3. Form round balls and roll them in pearl sugar.
  4. Let chill in the refrigerator before serving.
