Swedish chocolate balls
A simple Swedish classic that is ridiculously tasty.

150 g butter
1½ dl sugar
4 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cold coffee
4 dl oatmeal
pearl sugar
Instructions
Mix together
150 g
of butter and
1½ dl
of sugar.
Stir in
4 tbsp
of cocoa powder,
1 tbsp
of vanilla sugar,
2 tbsp
of cold coffee and
4 dl
of oatmeal.
Form round balls and roll them in pearl sugar.
Let chill in the refrigerator before serving.
