Homemade beef tartar with simple, delicious flavors. The mayonnaise adds creaminess and the dill adds a refreshing touch.

150 g beef fillet
0.5 dl mayonaise
50 g peas
dill oil
fresh dill
salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare an ice bath.
  2. Boil the peas in water and a little bit of salt for about 2-3 minutes, then place in the ice bath.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with a little dill oil.
  4. Dice the beef fillet into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix in the peas with the beef fillet and add a little dill oil.
  6. Place on a plate and top with mayonnaise and dill.
