A Thai dish made with minced meat. For an authentic Pad Kra Pao you should use holy basil (spicier) but if you can't find it you can use Thai basil which has a sweeter licorice note instead.

Ingredients
4 pcs garlic cloves
6 pcs red pepper
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
300 g pork mince
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy
0.5 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 pcs chicken bouillon
1 tsp msg
2.5 dl holy basil
2 pcs egg
Instructions
Prepare rice to serve with the dish.
Coarsely chop the garlic and chili.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the minced garlic and chili until the garlic is golden brown.
Add the minced meat and fry until all the minced meat is cooked through and there are no lumps.
Pour in oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, broth and MSG. Fry until everything is mixed and the sugar has dissolved.
Add the basil leaves and gently toss around until the leaves have wilted.
Serve the minced meat with rice and top with a fried or deep fried egg.
