A classic Swedish apple cake that gets a nice crispy edge.

Ingredients
1 pcs egg
2 dl sugar
100 g butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 dl flour
0.13 tsp ground coriander
0.1 tsp nutmeg
1.5 g salt
2 pcs apple
sugar
ground cinnamon
breadcrumbs
Instructions
Set the oven to 200C.
Prepare a springform pan by greasing and adding bread crumbs to it.
Melt the butter and let cool slightly.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add the butter and mix.
Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, coriander, nutmeg and salt. Add it, preferably by straining it through a fine-mesh sieve to avoid lumps, and gently fold together until everything is mixed.
Pour the batter into the springform pan and top with sliced apples.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the cake.
